The Process

Project Scope, Goals and Budgeting:
- Detailed discussions about the scope of the project, including rooms and/or areas, are to be focused on.
- Clarification of goals, needs, and expectations for the design project are communicated.
- Open conversations about lifestyle, habits, hobbies, and any specific requirements will be taken into account.
- Measurements and photos of any and all areas discussed will be taken at this time
- Project budget and timeline, including any specific deadlines or milestones, will be taken into consideration.
Design Style and Preferences:
- Desired design style preferences, whether modern, traditional, minimalist, traditional, etc. will be explored.
- Inspirational images, mood boards, or examples to help understand different aesthetics of interest will be shared.
All information needed for design proposal is gathered, considered and processed. Once the proposal is signed by both parties and the retainer is paid, the design process and fun begin.

Space Planning:
- Evaluation of the available space to create a plan that optimizes the layout for functionality, traffic flow, and furniture placement is generated.
- Ergonomic factors are taken into consideration with the relationship between different areas within the space.
Concept Development:
- A design concept is developed that aligns with the client's style and preferences.
- Mood boards, color palettes, and inspiration images to communicate the overall design direction are fabricated for the presentation.
Design Development:
- The Selection of furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that match the concept and functional needs are composed.
- Design boards, fabric swatches, and material samples are gathered to visualize the design and layout accurately.
Budgeting and Sourcing:
- Estimated costs for furnishings, materials, and labor are taken into account to ensure the project stays within the client's budget.
- Products and materials are sourced from suppliers, considering quality, price, and availability.

Presentation and Feedback:
- Presentation meeting with the client is held in the project space/home to present the client with the design concept, visualization boards, and material samples for feedback and approval.
- Selection of materials , furniture, finishes, fabrics, and details such as lighting placement, window and wall treatments will be discussed and fine-tuned for finalization.
- Note of any requested changes based on client input will be taken and addressed.

Delivery of Furnishings and Decor:
- White glove delivery of purchased furnishings and decor.
- Client leaves at the beginning of the day to arrive home at the end of the day with an elegantly designed space/spaces.
Styling and Decoration:
- Selected decorative elements such as artwork, accessories, and textiles are placed to enhance the space's aesthetics.
- Additional décor items are added for visual balance and harmony during the installation process.
Final Walkthrough and Handover:
- A final walkthrough is conducted with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the completed design.
- Before handing over the space, we address any last-minute adjustments or touch-ups.
